Grade‑2 natural recycled TPE pellets
TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer)
TPE is a family of eco‑friendly materials that combine high rubber‑like elasticity and easy‑processing characteristics of plastics. Core features: superior processability with no vulcanization required; fast molding using standard plastic processing techniques; 100 % recyclable trimmings and runners. Tunable tactile feel and performance with a wide hardness range from Shore A 0 to Shore D 70. It offers good flexibility and weather resistance, and maintains elasticity at ‑40 °C. It delivers reliable over‑molding bonding with rigid plastics such as PP and ABS.
Main Applications
Automotive parts (sealing strips, steering wheels, fenders), consumer goods (soft handles, toothbrushes, toys, footwear), medical supplies (seals, pipe fittings, syringe pistons), electrical and electronic products (wires and cables, phone protective cases), construction engineering (waterproof membranes, sealing strips).
Please specify your additional requirements including impact performance, melt flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pits and other physical‑property indexes.
MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
